What ingredients make your cleaners special?
Our cleaners rely on modern, high-performance active ingredients such as biodegradable surfactants, mild solvents, and natural fragrances. What makes them special: They clean effectively – completely without harsh chemicals. We avoid GHS-regulated substances wherever possible and continuously develop our formulas to make them more environmentally friendly, human-friendly, and animal-friendly.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our products are guaranteed cruelty-free—this is an absolute prerequisite for us. When selecting our ingredients, we also pay attention to vegan alternatives. However, since we cannot guarantee the complete vegan origin of all raw materials, we label non-vegan products separately and transparently.
Are your cleaners biodegradable?
Yes, all our cleaners are biodegradable. We consciously choose to use ingredients that biodegrade in the environment—without residues or microplastics. So you can clean with a clear conscience.

How environmentally friendly is your packaging?
We use recycled (PCR) bottles for most of our cleaners and develop bottles and spray heads for long-term use. Refill canisters are available for almost all products, significantly reducing packaging waste. And we're staying on the ball – we're constantly improving our packaging and making it more environmentally friendly.
Why are your liquid products packaged in plastic bags?
Our liquid products are sealed in plastic bags to prevent leakage during shipping. This protects your order and ensures that everything arrives undamaged.
What measures are you taking to reduce your carbon footprint?
We focus on short transport routes, use recycled materials like PCR plastic, and offer refill solutions that reduce packaging and CO₂ emissions. We also ship with DHL GoGreen and plant trees with Eden People + Planet to actively offset emissions. Our goal: to keep our footprint as small as possible—while constantly improving.

How long does shipping take?
Your order will usually arrive within 1–2 business days. International shipping may occasionally vary, but this is the exception.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €4.90 throughout Germany, but is free for orders over €19.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we currently ship throughout Europe and are working on expanding our shipping area.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once you have ordered you will receive an email with the order confirmation and a tracking number
